Your life narrative is based in part on old stories you carry from labels, roles and identities placed upon you during your formative years. These stories impact how you see yourself, interact with others and navigate challenges. Learn tips, tools & techniques in this highly interactive workshop so you can be aware, reframe, revise, & reclaim your life story!

Join Kristin Pedemonti for an afternoon diving into a new narrative. Together we will steer your story to one that better serves you to take control and thrive!

We'll unpack the old stories you tell yourself often based on labels or identities gathered from our formative years that keep us stuck in repetitive cycles of overachieving or underachieving, unhealthy behaviors and sometimes less-than-satisfying relationships.

We'll reflect, journal and share in partner and group activities all intentionally designed to steer you gently into your new story. FYI, none of the activities is a mandate, if silent reflection or journaling feels more at ease for you, then please feel free to steer your story in a way that feels comfortable for you. ♥

You will leave with tips, tools and techniques that you can use immediately so you can feel more empowered more at ease and less stressed.

Doors open at 12:30pm. Workshop from 1pm to 5pm.
